6:30pm-8pm Tuesday and Thursday
8am-10am Saturday
24 classes of coaching to make you a stronger and more technical weightlifter. On the final day you will have an option to test your skills and knowledge and compete with our PSLW team at Vero Beach at a USAW meet.

- For new to Intermidiate weightlifters
- A USAW membership if you plan to compete and join our team
- You don't have to be able to make all 24 sessions but we highly recommend it for the most success from this program. Whoever shows the most commitment and effort during this 8wk program will recieve a reward.
Cost
For the entire 24 classes of weightlifting and a competition coach the cost is one payment of $150 or 2 payments of $80.
