Endurance Class

CFT Endurance
Cost: $150 
Dates:June 10th-July 18th (6 Weeks)
Days/Time: Mondays and Wednesdays @ 6 PM 
Prerequisites: At least 3 months of current CrossFit class. 
Limited to 10 Athletes (Minimum of 5)

This is a 6 week course designed to help athletes become more proficient in the skills of running, rowing, and biking. Other movements will be added to the mix (burpees, double unders, squats, etc.) in an effort to improve efficiency of muscle recruitment while under fatigue. Along with basic technique and skill development, we will be looking to improve aerobic capacity, lactic threshold, and speed work. Throughout the course of the 6 weeks, guidance will be giving on pacing, strategy, and mindset when approaching your conditioning. 

At the completion of the course, each athlete should have a better understanding of how to interpret the monitors on the C2 Rower and the Assault Bike. Week 1 and Week 6 will be a test and retest week to assess improvements over the course of the class.
